Raccoon acquires luxury visual merchandising company VWVM

Raccoon is thrilled to announce the acquisition of visual merchandising company VWVM in a move to enhance our offering to the retail sector. We are combining our award-winning print and brand production capability with VWVM’s renowned creative approach to delivering bespoke solutions for luxury brands such as Harrods and De Beers Jewellers. Raccoon is fully embracing this by setting up a dedicated Visual Merchandising team to be led by former VWVM Director and co-owner Steve Belgrave. Creative consultancy will be delivered by Viv Williams, previous VWVM co-owner.

There is a natural synergy between the two brands, and by combining the experience, resources and talent of both companies means we are in a unique position to push boundaries further and drive creativity. Having collaborated with VWVM to deliver stunning solutions in recent years, we have always been in awe of VWVM’s approach to detail, and the elegance and finesse they bring to a project.

As a result of the acquisition we can offer the retail sector a wealth of high-end services including creative, consultancy, 3D scanning, prototyping, print, production, prop making, installation and project management.

Raccoon is particularly excited to acquire a company with the same passion for sustainability. As an eco-champion, we have led on green solutions for brands such as Vivienne Westwood and adidas, and delivered recyclable and sustainable solutions without compromising on the wow factor. The team look forward to combining our production, manufacturing and packaging processes to continue to minimise the impact on the environment.

Overall, this acquisition will help us to accelerate the growth of Raccoon within the retail VM sector and make our target of a 100% sales increase over the coming financial year achievable.
