Large Format Printing Process, Vehicle Wrapping Process, Brand Activation Process

We’re all about making life easier.

When it comes to brand activation processes, wrapped vehicles, signage, and banners may only form one part of the overall plan. Event and marketing activity may involve several different components along with pressure to deliver everything for a specific deadline.

So in order to partner effectively with our clients, we have developed a tried and tested process for large format printing, vehicle wrapping and brand activations.

Our Production Process

Our large format printing and production process is split into four stages: Create, Make, Manage, Deliver.

However, we appreciate that every project is different and levels of support can differ at each stage.

Whatever the job, our team work collaboratively to support your needs and timeframe, giving you peace of mind to focus on your branding and marketing goals.
Creating using a consultative approach

Consultative Approach

We can create concept designs from a brief for you to ensure accuracy, and advise on the best materials for your specific use.

How We Work

Create

If you don’t have final designs for your van wrap, don’t worry – we can work from mood boards and shorter briefs to translate your ideas into artwork.

For promotional activity, our creative team uses 3D scanning technology to survey event spaces and produce concept artwork for your approval. The accuracy of these digital measurements at the start of the brand activation process avoids unnecessary delays and remakes.

  • Large format multimedia print production - up to 3.2 metres wide
  • Joinery, metalwork & woodwork
  • Vehicle spraying
  • Electronics, welding & engraving
  • Sewing & Cutting

Manage

Our clients are assigned dedicated account managers for any questions, design approvals and progress updates. They can also arrange health and safety documentation, insurance and warranties for you, removing the administrative burden.

Our vehicle wrap process involves sharing daily photographic updates, so you can have a sneak peek at your designs coming to life.

Dedicated account management

Deliver

As part of our large format printing process, we deliver via courier and partner with Parcelforce to ensure your branded products arrive safely within 5 working days.

For larger vehicle wrapping projects, we provide detailed installation guides and conduct a visual proof against the approved artwork for consistency and accuracy.

Our team can also visit you onsite so you can have peace of mind that everything is set up correctly for more complex installations at events and pop-ups.
