How can you make a security showroom welcoming and luxurious, while appealing to clients from all walks of life? It’s a challenge Premier Alarms had to get right. With plenty of high-end clients visiting, they needed a welcoming space which combined luxury branding with a dose of personality – allowing the company’s quirks to shine through.
Raccoon was on the case! Having worked on everything from fashion storefronts to city activations, we had the interior signage know-how to bring this showroom branding project to life.

What did Premier Alarms want?
Founded over 40 years ago, this family-run business in Kent provides full security solutions to some of the UK’s biggest companies. These clients often bring high-ticket deals with them, so they couldn't just have any standard showroom. Instead, interior branding would have to set the right mood and showcase the great work Premier Alarms delivers.
The new showroom needed to:
- Feel welcoming and interactive, like an art gallery
- Feature luxury branding with a premium finish
- Clearly communicate their range of services
- Show their personality through fun interior signage
Premier Alarms also wanted the showroom branding to feel premium throughout – with every surface, material and graphic made to a high standard. They also needed the work done quickly, thanks to slow tradesmen who’d already failed to meet deadlines.
Branding a professional fleet

Travelling across the South East, the Premier fleet plays a vital role in advertising the business. But with a new showroom about to be unveiled, these vehicles had to match the classy look the team was going for. Each van had to stand apart from other trade vehicles, while displaying each service and prompting viewers to call up.
We developed fleet wraps that were practical, consistent, and very much ‘on brand’. See our vehicle wrapping services for more on how we turn commercial vehicles into effective mobile ads.
Branding the luxury showroom
With the fleet already setting expectations, focus turned to creating a showroom that exceeded expectations. We took the assets given to us in PowerPoint, and carefully redrew them in Adobe Illustrator. This ensured each element could be printed at any size, without a loss in quality.
Here are some of the individual elements…
1. The statement logo
A diamond-shaped acrylic logo takes centre stage on a main office wall. Digitally printed in full colour, with laser-cut lettering underneath, it provides a sharp, high-end finish that immediately establishes the brand’s premium style.

2. Decorative glass panels
Reverse printed and backed in white for crisp and clear visuals, each glass panel featured a different design – and many of them were made to different sizes. This type of interior signage created a unique look throughout the space, acting as pops of colour with designs that could get more creative.

3. Foamex messaging
We created several foam PVC boards and installed them on both levels of the showroom. These were printed in Premier Alarms’ branded colours, to exact size, and included key phrases to show visitors what the team is all about.
Foamex is a popular type of interior signage for good reason. See how it stacks up to the alternatives in our buyer’s guide to display board materials.

4. Branded display cases
The Premier team asked us to customise their containers, which are often used to show potential clients the alarm systems available. We decorated these cases in digitally printed vinyl, and used a caramel-coloured architectural film to give the edging a luxury finish.
Raccoon also crafted laser-engraved keypads to go with the premium display units.

5. Frosted glass
Frosting is a great way to hide certain details so a space can speak for itself. Our team installed frosting between the office and showroom, both to afford the staff some privacy and hide unsightly cables which could take away from the interior branding.
What was the result?
With everything complete, Premier Alarms now has a showroom that strikes a balance between professionalism and personality. Clients immediately feel welcome, and fun details like the ‘Risk Reducers’ help to make each visit more memorable.
Sarah Humphreys says the whole team is blown away by the end result, but what was it like working with Raccoon? Here’s what she had to say about that…
“We’ve always worked very collaboratively with Raccoon, and they’ve always been quite inspiring when it comes to design, and so it felt like the natural thing to work with them on the showroom. It was a great experience.”
Thinking about a workspace rebrand?
Projects like this show how powerful a branded interior can be. When interior signage, materials, and messaging all work together, it becomes more than just a display – it’s part of the sales experience. Showroom branding can help set the tone, build trust, and leave a lasting impression.
